A traditional form of yoga, combining posture work to release physical and energetic tension seated within the body to bring us comfortably into stillness towards the end of the class where our focus will shift to the deeper aspects of the practice, breathwork and meditation. Perfect for beginner students to hatha yoga due to more gentle posture work and those wishing to delve deeper into a more mindful meditative practice.
Due to the size of our studio, we need full classes for our classes to run. We offer a strict 48hr cancellation policy so please ensure you can definitely attend before committing to the time slot. If you cancel 48 hr prior to the class commencing you can reschedule with the credit to an alternative class. We are unable to reschedule or cancel any courses, please check your availability prior to committing to your investment.
